Joining Caraway, step by step

Step 1: Attend an Open House
The next open house will be in early February 2027. Please check back soon for the date.

Step 2: Fill Out the Reflective Document
The link to the Reflective Document is coming soon.

Step 3: Attend a School Tour
Once you have filled out a Reflective Document, a staff member will reach out and invite you for a tour of the school to see Caraway in action. This is a good time to ask questions and get a better feel for the program.

Step 4: Attend a Trial Experience
After your school tour, a trial experience will be booked. This step is required for all students entering Grade 1-9. A trial experience for students entering Kindergarten is optional. During your trial experience, you'll get a feel for the rhythm of the classroom.

Step 5: Success Meeting
Meet with School Staff to help with a smooth transition to Caraway and for us to learn more about your family and your child(ren).

Step 6: Fill Out Enrolment Paperwork
After your success meeting, enrolment information is sent out.

Enrolment questions
When does enrolment close?
It is ideal to enrol as soon as possible after enrolment opens in February. Submissions should be completed by April 16, 2027. We will make note on our website when enrolment closes for all grades.
Do you accept students mid-year?
We only accept students during our yearly enrolment process. Once enrolment closes and the school year has begun, we cannot accept additional students.
What happens if I miss the open house?
We encourage all families to try to visit during the open house, as this provides the best opportunity to see our spaces, hear about our program and ask questions. You can still submit a Reflective Document if you missed our open house.
